The board you are registering for is exclusively for Pulmonary Hypertension patients and their families/friends. Registrations are individually screened to insure that the board remains private for patients, and that neither the addresses nor the communications can be accessed by anyone else.

You will receive an automatic email response soon after you submitted the form. It will include the information you submitted with the form.

You should receive another email with your log in name and password within 24 hours. You will be able to change both your log in name and your password after you have logged in.

If you don't receive an email confirmation from us in response to your registration, please contact us. You may have mis-typed your email address on the form; please contact us because we will not be able to contact you.
