Patti Marzano
I have done beadwork all of my life. I was a 60's hippie and just never stopped. I got in to lampworking glass beads in the mid 80's and now make custom jewelry with my beads.
Before I was diagnosed with PPH I was a cosmetologist for 40 years in the summer months and spent the winters doing and selling my art. Now I can't work at the torch yet. O2 and a flame just don't go together. :o) , but once I start treatment and move down in altitude I'll resume my torch work.
I owned a bead shop and taught everything from basic necklace stringing to glass blowing. I have been active in live theater for 20 years and have enclosed a photo from one of the performances. I rode my own Harley Davidson up until this happened to me and plan on getting a trike in the future.
I call Lake City, Colorado home, but with an altitude of 8700 ft above sea level, I haven't been home since the heart failure in April 2006. I am currently living with my mother in Westminster, Colorado and enjoying my two grandchildren.
