UConn Support Group

The group meets in the Paula McManus Memorial  Conference Room , UConn Health Center, Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT.  The meetings are from 5:30 - 7:00pm.  Meetings are every other month: February, April, June, August, October and December.  Dinner is provided.  The meeting is open to anyone affected by pulmonary hypertension, their friends and family.
