Support group meetings are open to individuals with PH and their family and friends. Meetings are facilitated by a clinical social worker with the UCSF Medical Center Pulmonary Hypertension Program. The group strives to offer both peer and professional support and education.

Directions: If main hospital is to the rear, enter through glass doors that are to the left of the food court, above University Express convenience store. Take elevators to 4th floor and take a left turn upon exiting the elevators.
This group meeting will be an "open forum" roundtable discussion among individuals living with PH and their caregivers. Lunch is being provided by Lung Rx.
