Port Charlotte,FL. Support Group

We are here to  bring education awareness of this devastating disease to the Medical Professionals and Patients to Charlotte County. The Port Charlotte group was started in 2001 and has steadily grown each year. New members are always welcomed to come join us for very informative information about PH and have lunch with us. Remember united we STAND divided we FALL.
