San Jose Support Group

We usually meet every month on the second Saturday at 11:30 am.  All patients, family, friends, caregivers are welcome.   We meet in the back of the church in the dining room and have lunch after the meeting.  Lunch is usually provided or could be a pot-luck.  Call  or email to be added on to our mailing list for meeting details.   Come share, care, and be aware.
