Stamford Support Group

We now we have a third Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group in Connecticut. We are located in the south-east Connecticut, geographically close also to Westchester, Rockland counties, NYC and northern NJ areas. Purpose of our Support Group is to provide support and information to the pulmonary hypertension patients and their caregivers so that we can better cope with this disease.  The group meets at the Tulley Medical Center, Strawberry Hill Court, Stamford, CT.
