Vermont Support Group

The group meets on the 2nd Thursday every other month: February, April, June, August, October and December.  We meet from 1:00 - 2:30pm at Starr Farm Nursing Center, 91 Starr Farm Road, Burlington .  The meeting is open to anyone affected by pulmonary hypertension, their friends and family.
